I'm a Rapid Transformational Therapist & Coach and I believe that no one has to remain stuck and prevented from reaching their goals. Persistent feelings of inadequacy, frustration, low self-confidence, or addictive behaviours can be eliminated. And yes, there is plenty of help available, however many of us hesitate at the thought of endless hours of talk therapy and analysis, which leads to avoidance of counselling altogether. Also, I believe that coaching should address more than just goal setting and problem solving and that in-depth work is often needed to understand why we self-sabotage or procrastinate.

Physical Symptoms

Such as an increased heart rate, muscle tension in the neck and shoulders, sweating, shortness of breath, gastrointestinal distress, headaches, sleep disturbances.

The long-term effects can be disruption in day-to-day functioning, relationship strain, and an overall decline in health and quality of life. 

 

RTT addresses these symptoms by accessing the subconscious mind through hypnosis to uncover, resolve root causes and install new beliefs and thought patterns. With RTT one can identify root causes and reframe negative beliefs and past traumas, and release trapped emotions. Through positive suggestions and affirmations, RTT rewires the brain for healthier thought patterns and behaviours. This method provides practical tools for managing anxiety, fostering self-awareness and emotional resilience, leading to lasting relief from anxiety and panic attacks.

Low Self-Esteem/Lack of Self-Confidence

People who suffer from low self-esteem and/or lack of self-confidence often have a negative self-perception, are highly self-critical, and do not feel worthy or deserving. They also experience emotional distress and feelings of inadequacy and not feeling good enough.

 

These feelings can lead to social withdrawal, and avoidance of social situations for fear being judged. They often withdraw from friends, family, or social activities which can lead to loneliness. They may also experience procrastination, self-sabotage, people pleasing tendencies and validation seeking.

 

Career and academic pursuits may suffer as people avoid challenges and opportunities. Headaches, stomach aches, poor posture can occur. RTT tackles low self-esteem and self-confidence by identifying root causes, reframing negative beliefs, and healing past traumas. It fosters self-acceptance and love, cultivates confidence through visualisation and behavioural rehearsal, and empowers assertive communication. 

 

With RTT, I equip my clients with tools to rewrite negative self-talk and integrate positive beliefs, ensuring rapid and lasting change.

Addictions and Compulsive Behaviours

People who suffer from addictions and compulsive behaviours, if not addressed, will need increasing amounts to achieve the same effects. When they try to stop they often experience withdrawal symptoms and an emotional preoccupation with the substance or activity. 

 

Relationships tend to become damaged and performance at work or school will decline over time. Eventually it can lead to spending excessive amounts of money or even engaging in illegal activities to support the addiction. 

Fluctuations in mood, irritability, depression, or anxiety will eventually increase and feelings of guilt and shame will occur only to perpetuate the cycle of addiction. 
RTT addresses these by uncovering subconscious drivers and reframing negative patterns. Through hypnosis, it identifies root causes, such as past traumas or unresolved emotions, and fosters self-awareness. By replacing addictive urges with empowering beliefs and coping strategies, RTT helps individuals regain control and break free from destructive habits.
