Personal Note

My late 50s have been my most energizing years. When I am not working with clients, you will find me on the tennis court, collecting golf trophies, or skiing moguls with the same competitive drive I brought to my university days at McGill.

Mastery, excellence, and showing up fully are not just things I teach, they are how I live.

I know what it feels like to succeed professionally yet feel held back in the moments where leadership identity is formed. I also know what it takes to break through those internal patterns and step into a presence that others trust and follow.
