Personal Note:

My late 50s have been my most energizing years. Beyond my work with clients, I thrive on performance in sports, winning trophies in tennis and golf, and skiing moguls with the same drive I had at McGill University. That personal reinvention mirrors what I guide my clients through: alignment, resilience, and thriving with confidence, no matter the stage of life or career.
